Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2014 Result is available to download now, all the candidates who appear for JEE Main 2014 Paper-1 & Paper-2 Examination can download their result based on the performance in JEE Main Examination (Paper-1) held on 06/04/14 (offline mode) in online mode it is conducted on 9,11,12,19 April 2014.
Paper-2 (B.Arch | B.Planning) Offline mode 06/04/2014, JEE Main was know as AIEEE( All India Engineering Entrance Examination) earlier, but from last year the MHRD introduced a new approach for these premier engineering entrance Examination now IIT-JEE exam becomes JEE Advanced and AIEEE becomes JEE Main. JEE Main Result can be downloaded from the link provided below, by entering your JEE Main 2014 Roll number (printed on your Admit card ) and your Date of birth as filled in JEE main 2014 Application form. You can also visit www.jeemain.nic.in to download and Check your Results
JEE Main Exam is conducted every year by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), JEE Main form the Admission criteria to Undergraduate engineering program at NITs, IIITs & Other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, other state level institution will also consider JEE Main Score or Result for admissions, the Final result of JEE main 2014 will also include your normalized marks secured on the basis of your performance in Board examination, it is worth noted that every Board will have different weightage and hence different Normalized marks.
JEE Main also form the first step for admissions in IITs, Only top 1.5 lakhs of candidate will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced examination scheduled to be held on May25,2014.
The State of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Nagaland & Odisha have joined JEE Main system, hence the Candidates seeking admission in these states, which were earlier admitting based on the state level examination.
